Booking A Hunt

Old West Outfitters requires that you submit 50% of your Hunt Fee up front plus your license fee in order to book your hunt and hold your spot for hunt selected. You will be billed 45 days prior to your hunt date for the remaining fees which should be submitted to us at least 30 days prior to your hunt date. If you choose to cancel your hunt it must done in writing 45 days prior to your hunt date in order for your fees to be applied to another hunt or hunt date.
